Our cocktail list features eight seasonal signature serves, alongside a pantry of ingredients inspired by Jersey’s incredible larder - either foraged by our team or sourced from local farm partners. Our menu drinks change regularly, and are spotlighted on our Instagram page.

If you tell us what you’re in the mood for, we’ll create something bespoke, just for you - or if you’d like a classic made with precision and care, we can do that too.

Finally, we’ve a few rules at The Dead Rabbit Group. One of them is this - we’ll never, ever open a venue that doesn’t pour Guinness. And we’re rather proud of ours, if we do say so ourselves.
